Sponsorship Licence and Management
We help UK businesses obtain, manage, and renew sponsor licences. Our end-to-end support includes obtaining sponsor licence, maintaining compliance and reporting obligations, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation, requesting and managing CoS allocation, handling suspensions, revocations and renewing licence.
Key Stages and Timescales for Sponsorship Licence application:
- Initial Assessment (1-2 weeks): Reviewing business viability, eligibility and requirements, assessing documents and advising on the same.
- Application Preparation and Submission (4–6 weeks): Preparing application form and submission sheet, drafting submission letter, compiling evidence and supporting documents, submitting application and evidence bundle.
- Decision: As per Home Office’s guidance (https://www.gov.uk/uk-visa-sponsorship-employers/apply-for-your-licence), standard applications take less than 8 weeks to process, and priority applications (for £500 additional fee) are processed within 10 working days.
Our fees
Our fees are as follows (excluding disbursement):
- Sponsor licence application: £3,000 – £5,000
- CoS allocation application: £1,000 – £1,500
- Sponsorship Management and Compliance: £3,000 per year for upto two employees under sponsorship, £500 per additional employee.
Home office charges the following fees:
- Sponsor licence application – £574 for small business or charitable sponsor and £1,579 for medium or large business (however, when applying for licence to sponsor only Temporary Workers, the application fee is £574 regardless of the size of the business).
- CoS allocation fee – £525 for Skilled Worker and £55 for Temporary Worker
- ISC Fees:
- With regard to small businesses – £364 for the first 12 months and £182 for each additional 6 months sponsored for each candidate.
- With regard to medium and large businesses – £1,000 for the first 12 months and £500 for each additional 6 months sponsored for each candidate.
