We are committed to high quality legal advice and client care and aim to offer our clients an efficient, effective service, which we are confident we will deliver , in each case. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints.
We take up to eight weeks to consider the complaints made against us. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem within that timeframe, then the complainant may ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted at PO Box 6167, Slough SL1 0EH, and you can submit your complaint therein via online: https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/make-a-complaint/

Please be aware that complaints to the Legal Ombudsman should normally be made within six months of receiving our final response to your complaint and no more than one year from the date when the problem arose or, if you were not initially aware of the problem, within one year of the date when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint. If you think a solicitor might be dishonest or you have concerns about their ethics or integrity, you also have the right to notify our regulator, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). There is no time limit for making a report but there are limits on what the SRA will consider. Please note that the SRA is not able to deal with issues of poor service (complaints of this nature should instead be referred to the Legal Ombudsman).
