Naturalisation, Settlement, (LTE) and (LTR) Applications

We deal with all categories of UK visa and settlement applications: leaves based on family and private life, study, work and business, as well as visitor visas. We are experienced in dealing with complex citizenship applications and matters involving criminality, detention and deportation.

Our comprehensive end-to-end service includes conducting eligibility assessments, providing reliable advice, preparing applications with professionally drafted submission letters and supporting documentation, and providing complete case management while maintaining every correspondence with the Home Office, throughout the decision-making period.

Key Stages and Timescales:

  1. Initial Assessment and Advice (upto 2 weeks): Verifying eligibility and mandatory requirements, advising clients on the same and providing them with lists of required documents – in most cases this can be done within a day.
  2. Document assessment, preparation, application submissions (3-5 weeks): Collecting documents, assessing and arranging them, preparing submission letters, supporting statements, preparing and submitting application and application bundle, booking biometric appointments where necessary. Our immigration team is experienced and competent enough to fast-track the application process in urgent cases.
Key Stages and Timescales:

3. Decision: Most immigration applications are decided within 8-12 weeks, whereas the Home Office can take 6-12 months or even longer for complicated applications. The Home Office’s current Standard Processing times for immigration applications are as follows:

  • For Point Based System applications (e.g. work or study visas, but excluding Scale-up Worker visa), Hong Kong BNO visa and Settlement through work, business, investment and BNO Hong Kong route – decisions are made within 5 working days

  • For Family visas (except those are complex in nature – decisions are made within 30 working days
